Terms of service

1. Who we are

These terms apply to all orders placed via quopener.com. Quopener is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 68570406. You can reach us at info@quopener.com or +31 6 83 53 12 62.

2. Prices and offers

All prices are in euros and include VAT. You see the shipping costs before you pay. Shipping within the Netherlands is free. Discounts, such as the bundle price, apply as long as they are shown on the site. An obvious mistake in a price or image does not bind us.

3. Ordering and payment

The purchase is concluded as soon as you have paid for the order and received a confirmation by email. You pay in advance, using one of the payment methods in the checkout.

4. Delivery

We send your order within 1 working day to the address you provide, and deliver within 30 days at the latest. If we cannot do this, we will let you know and you may cancel the order free of charge. Until you have received the parcel, the risk lies with us.

5. Cooling-off period and money back

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day of receipt. How you get your money back is explained in our returns policy.

6. Guarantee

Quopener meets what you may expect based on the description. You always have the right to the legal guarantee. If it breaks during normal use, we will repair or replace it, or you get your money back.

7. Complaints

Email your complaint to info@quopener.com. You will hear from us within one working day, and we will give a full response within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can go to the competent court.

8. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection that the law of your country gives you.
